DFBY Foundation is a non-profit organization in Bangladesh dedicated to helping those in need by providing access to healthcare, education, and other essential services. Recently, they helped a mother and her child in a particularly difficult situation.
The mother had experienced heavy bleeding just before she was admitted to the Mahbub clinic. Her husband was blind and they were in a helpless situation. However, with the help of DFBY Foundation, the mother was able to receive the necessary medical attention she needed.
After the mother’s admission to the clinic, DFBY Foundation arranged for blood for the mother and assisted with the cost of the surgery and post-operative medication. Two hours after the surgery, the mother gave birth to a child, and both mother and child were eventually discharged from the clinic on March 4th, 2023.
DFBY Foundation’s commitment to helping those in need didn’t stop there. The President of DFBY Foundation was present during the discharge, showing their support for the mother and child and demonstrating the organization’s dedication to improving the lives of those in their community.
Access to healthcare is a basic human right, and organizations like DFBY Foundation play a crucial role in ensuring that everyone has access to the care they need, regardless of their financial situation. This particular case highlights the importance of providing access to healthcare, as the mother and child may not have been able to receive the necessary treatment without the support of DFBY Foundation.
