Donate for Bhurungamari organized a free Medical and Blood Grouping camp

To celebrate the month of victory, Donate for Bhurungamari organized a free Medical and Blood Grouping camp to give
the honor of the freedom fighters in Bhurungamari Upazila of Kurigram district on 10 December 2020.

Twenty Honorable freedom fighters inaugurated the day-long free Medical camp and blood grouping camp and they were given crests by Ashikur Rahman, the Honorable Founder & CEO of Donate for Bhurungamari at Baldia Degree College ground at 10 am on Thursday. Ashikur Rahman Ashik, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Donate for Bhurungamari presided over the program.

Three doctors of Rangpur Community Medical College – Dr. Bedura Sultana, Dr. Morsheda Sultana, Dr. Apu Roy provided medical services to more than two hundred patients throughout the day. Rashedul Islam, Medical Technologist (Lab) was in charge of the free Blood Grouping Camp. Hundreds of volunteers of Donate for Bhurungamari were present at the program.

Ashikur Rahman Ashik, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Donate for Bhurungamari, said, “We will continue this program in the entire Upazila to raise public awareness regarding the second wave of novel coronavirus and to provide the healthcare services in the marginalized or remote areas in coordination with the Upazila Health Complex, Upazila Administration and Police.”

Dr. ASM Sayem, the Honorable Upazila Health & Family Planning Officer of Bhurungamari Upazila came to visit the camp and the camp was ended by the ending speech of him.

Finally, it was a very successful program.
